By purchasing or operating a scooter from Will Mason Electric Scooters, the rider acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with electric scooter use, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, loss of control, equipment failure, road hazards, serious injury, permanent disability, or death. Riding a high performance electric scooter involves inherent dangers that cannot be completely eliminated regardless of safety precautions.

Will Mason Electric Scooters strongly recommends that all riders wear proper safety equipment at all times, including a DOT-approved helmet, gloves, protective clothing, knee pads, and elbow pads. Riders should never operate a scooter while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medications that impair judgment, or while distracted by mobile devices or other activities that reduce attention and reaction time.

All scooters must be regularly inspected and properly maintained before each ride. Riders are responsible for checking brakes, tires, suspension components, battery condition, lights, throttle response, and overall structural integrity prior to operation. Failure to properly maintain the scooter may increase the risk of mechanical failure, accidents, and injury. Will Mason Electric Scooters is not responsible for damages resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, or reckless operation.

By operating any scooter sold or distributed by Will Mason Electric Scooters, the rider agrees to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from scooter operation or ownership
