Returns and Cancellation

1. Pre orders and Back orders: Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately for all pre orders or back orders, regardless of when the item ships. You can cancel your order before completion of the scooter build. Once the scooter is completely built and ready to ship, order can not be cancelled.

2. Order Changes: We are unable to modify the items in your order once the scooter is completely built.

3. Please note that once a scooter and or parts and accessories has been shipped to you (the customer), we are unable to issue any refunds for the purchase of our scooter, parts and or accessories. Additionally, if a refund is requested within two to three days after placing an order of the scooter, there will be a $500 charge for labor and parts acquisition. We also want to remind our customers that we are not responsible for any reckless riding or accidents that results in bodily injury to the rider or any other individual, as well as any damage to the scooter itself. So ride safely, and enjoy the freedom that comes with owning a Will Mason electric scooter. 

Address Changes: We cannot update the shipping or billing address once your order has being processed for shipping.
